Which payment methods can I use to pay you?
You can pay us with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay pay.
Order & Delivery
I never received my order, what should I do?
If the package is marked as delivered and it's only been a day - please wait! Sometimes the couriers scan it before it reaches you. Keep your eyes peeled for the next few hours!
If the tracking has not been updated for an unusually long time, or if it has never been updated since it was created, it is likely lost in transit. Please complain to the shipping company. If you have not received a response after two weeks, please let us know and we will endeavor to provide a replacement or credit for your order.
If the delivery address was a temporary location, we accept no responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address when delivery is made within the allotted delivery time.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order yourself. Please send us an email with your order number directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you also deliver worldwide?
Currently we only ship our products within the EU.
Please note that each country has its own customs regulations. Unfortunately, if your package is held up at customs, you are responsible for communication and any additional costs needed to clear your items.
The desired product is no longer in stock. When will it be available again?
We endeavor to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may run out of stock of a particular product.
