RETURN

You want to give something back? It's a shame, but of course that can happen.

Please be sure to fill out the RETURN FORM in the returns portal and enclose it with your return so that we can allocate your order. The return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods .

The consumer has to bear the costs of the return after exercising the right of withdrawal.

However, we would like to ask you to only buy items that you really want to keep and not to order randomly. We try to minimize unnecessary returns, as these pollute the environment and cause work and costs on both sides.

Please keep that in mind. If you are unsure about the sizes, we will be happy to advise you in advance by email. For almost every product there is also a note in the product text as to how it turns out.

Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return costs. In addition, we can only take back unworn goods in their original condition.

The invoice amount is always refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was placed.
